It is the largest international photography festival in the world, bringing together galleries, collectors, curators, artists and all those who appreciate the art, encouraging them to celebrate, exchange and share their passion for photography. For the first time in the fair’s history, Paris Photo launched “Paris Photo vu par…”, an opportunity for all visitors to stroll through the collection of works on show in the company of a personality. In 2012, Paris Photo entrusted David Lynch, the multi-award winning American Film-maker known for his unique cinematic style that has often disturbed, offended and mystified his audience. The aesthetically immersive artist selected 99 photographs from among those presented by the galleries.
